Imboden's Sloan Hendrix hosted Hoxie and Black Rock during Thursday's evening games of the Sloan Hendrix Elementary Tournament at Imboden, March 8, 2007. Hoxie's 5th grade Mustangs defeated Black Rock's Zebras with a score of 33 to 9 in the second game of the evening.
Hoxie 6th grade Lady Mustangs was defeated by Hillcrest Lady Screamin Eagles with a finial score of 11 to 17. The 6th grade Hoxie Mustangs played against the Black Rock Zebras that ended with a score of 33 to 13 in favor of the Mustangs.

The Lawrence County PeeWee Tournament came to a end Friday evening, March 9, 2007 with the following teams playing against each other for first and second place in the tournament.
The 5th grade Lady Bobcats pitted their skills against the Hoxie Lady Mustangs and defeated the Lady Mustangs with a score of 20 to 6. The 5th grade Mustangs went up against Walnut Ridge Bobcats and won with a score 35 to 14 in favor of the Mustangs. The 6th grade Lady Bobcats played against Lynn's Hillcrest Screamin Eagles that ended with a score of 22 to 20 in favor of the Lady Screamin Eagles. The 6th grade Walnut Ridge Bobcats faced off with the Hoxie Mustangs that ended in a score of 38 to 21 in favor of the Hoxie Mustangs.

Bobcats pitted their skills against the Hoxie Lady Mustangs and defeated the Lady Mustangs with a score of 20 to 6. The 5th grade Mustangs went up against Walnut Ridge Bobcats and won with a score 35 to 14 in favor of the Mustangs. The 6th grade Lady Bobcats played against Lynn's Hillcrest Screamin Eagles that ended with a score of 22 to 20 in favor of the Lady Screamin Eagles. The 6th grade Walnut Ridge Bobcats faced off with the Hoxie Mustangs that ended in a score of 38 to 21 in favor of the Hoxie Mustangs.
